Main activities
The key activities leading to the preparation of Intellectual outputs of the project will be the followings:
Additionally transnational project meetings will be dedicated to joint discussion on the merits of the project. They will result in preparation of groundwork for Intellectual outputs. Furthermore our meetings will be devoted to evaluating the subsequent project phases, together with their changing and improving - in such a way that addressed the needs of the target group properly.

Project "Integration through Inspirations" suppose to address the actual needs of the target group, and primarily the problems of young people at risk of social exclusion. Therefore, we start from the recognition of resources, tools, ways of doing social work. We will also ask for beneficiaries of support - youth’s opinion. Both groups will be invited to participate in qualitative research conducted using FOCUS GROUP INTERVIEW method.
The choice of method is not accidental. Focus groups Interviews have much in common with non-formal education
- The method is characterised by the following advantages:
- spontaneity, naturalness - we will invite you to common table, we will will try to get to know you and asked you about: professional opinions, experience, needs regarding to your professional development;
- positive stimulation - you will take part in the joint discussion together with colleagues who in their daily work face similar problems, barriers, challenges. Together you will discuss, exchange opinions, learn and draw inspiration from each other;
- the partnership relation between the research participants and the moderator - you won’t be called for answers but encouraged to exchange of experience, ideas and opinions. You won’t meet with interviewer but with moderator stimulating creative and constructive discussion.

After finishing the trainings, participants will take part in two study visits in the partner countries - Spain and Germany. The aim of the visits will be a mutual observation of work. Participants will have the opportunity to see how the non - formal education tools are used by european colleagues. In addition visits will result in the exchange of experience, improvement of knowledge of: the cultural context of local conditions influencing the system of support people at risk of social exclusion, style of work and habits in partner countries. The visit will provide an opportunity to establish cooperation with specialists interested in improving personal skills, realize their passions, discover new talents and possibilities to use them in activities aimed at people in need. We assume that thanks to them we can build a partnership relationship between participants, which will become a source of mutual inspiration and motivation for further work.
In the next phase our participants tasks will be the application of methods and developed tools in their daily work with young people. Social workers receive scenarios of group workshops and activities as well as the outlines for individual conversations which help them to inspire and in the same time integrate their clients. The participants will also evaluate above mentioned tools in terms of their usability and efficiency.
In the last phase of the project in each partner country we will organize a one - day conference. New methods, tools, ways of working will be shared with representatives of the target group who could not participate in all project activities as well as with local, regional and national social policy makers, non - formal education experts, and in general staff working with young people. The conference program will be full of various forms of presentation of intellectual outputs and other results of the projects: lectures, panel discussions, workshops, reports coming from the testing phase, case studies. Conferences will be one of the ways of dissemination of the results of our two years of work. Thanks to them, we intend to maintain the sustainability of our outputs - that being a source of further inspirations in the long term will result in the successful integration of young people.
