Competences in the preparation and implementation of local, regional, nationwide and international projects financed by the ESF. She has cooperated with the In Posterum Foundation since 2009 (since 2014 she has been responsible for transnational cooperation). A graduate of workshops on use of non-formal education ("Learn and train with all senses" the Grundtvig program, Schwerin - Germany 2014) and "Open up" training for the organisers of youth exchanges within the ERASMUS + program (Bratislava, Slovakia 2014). Long-term Polish Scout Organisation instructor - manager of meetings, training courses for young people.

She received her PhD in sociology from the University of Wroclaw. Working as sociologists - consultant in Support Center run by Social Welfare Center. She has many years of experience with working in research projects relating to people at risk of social exclusion. The author of many publication about the penitentiary system in Poland, and institutional change. She has cooperated with the Foundation In Posterum since 2013 -  co-author of the publication "Problems of implementation family assistance in the light of experience and opinions of its participants." She likes cats.

In 2002-2007 teacher and animator at the Centre for Socio-Cultural Animation "Turmvilla" Bad Muskau responsible for the community/environmental work (including the implementation of the Polish-German youth projects). Since 2001 trainer of "Polish-German Youth Cooperation." A specialist in group work, team building, communication within the team (with particular emphasis on the context of Polish-German). Manager of programs, workshops, seminars and conferences for animators of Polish-German youth meetings. Coordinator of the project "Lower Silesian non-governmental advisory" in "Tratwa" Association, Wroclaw. From 1998 until 2000 project coordinator Joint Initiative ADAPT (job mentoring for unemployed engineers). From 2001 until 2002 coordinator of the e-learning-Programme in Mecklenburg - West Pomerania. From 2003 until 2004 coordinator in the Joint Initiative EQUAL I (job mentoring for female job returners). From 2005 until 2007 coordinator in the Joint Initiative EQUAL II (job mentoring and age management 50+). From 2008 until 2012 Manager of integration projects for 50+ long-term unemployed and migrants in Western Mecklenburg. From 2012 until 2015 coordinator of integration projects for migrants and young unemployed people. Manager in different Erasmus and Grundtvig-projects. Member in "ddn-Das Demographie Netzwerk" (Demography Network) Germany. Member in "Thematic Network - Age Managemen", Germany. Member in "European Age Management Network". In 2002 Jürgen Brandt founded the RegioVision GmbH Schwerin. He is the owner and managing director. The company employes 6 permanent staff and several freelancers as lecturers. The RegioVision GmbH Schwerin implements national and transnational labour market projects with the focus: job mentoring, job integration, age management, health prevention and profiling. The target groups are mainly young unemployed people and migrants.

In addition, she has more than 3 years of experience in European Projects. He is also in charge of department of Communication and has taken part in other European projects and mobilities such as the workshop "Learn and train with all senses", Grundtvig program, relating to non-formal education carried out in Schwerin, Germany, in 2014.
